Due to popular demand, we’ve opened waiting lists for Adult Modern Greek (Beginner) classes. The next class will begin as soon as the group is full or by January 2026 — whichever comes first. 

Adult Modern Greek for Beginners
Discover the beauty of the Greek language and culture!

This engaging course is designed for beginners who wish to develop practical communication skills in Modern Greek. Through interactive lessons, you’ll learn to read and write the Greek alphabet, master pronunciation, and use essential grammar to confidently hold everyday conversations.
 
Classes will begin once the group is full or by January 2026 at the latest.
 
Program Details:
  • Duration: 2 hours per week for a total of 30 weeks
  • Book Fee: $55 (includes 2 books and access to an online platform)

We are excited to offer two adult beginner courses: Koine Greek (Biblical) & Modern Greek

Modern Greek for beginners

This two-semester course (15 weeks each) is designed for individuals who want to build practical communication skills in Modern Greek. Students practice real-life conversations while learning the alphabet, pronunciation, and essential grammar.

Koine Greek for beginners

This two-semester course (15 weeks each) is designed for individuals who wish to learn the language of the New Testament, the Septuagint, and the early Church fathers. Beginning with the alphabet and core grammar, students gradually acquire the tools to read and understand Koine Greek (Biblical).
