Notification to Holy Trinity Active Stewards

Dear Holy Trinity Stewards,

It has come to our attention that the General Assembly package that was sent on March 13, 2025, has not been received by many stewards. The Post Office is still in the process of delivering the meeting notice, agenda, financial package, and the Church Roof presentation and motion that is key for the meeting agenda.

Below, please find links to all of the documents that were mailed, with the exception of the financials. These are available at the church office if you want a copy prior to the General Assembly, otherwise they will be available at the meeting.
