Philoptochos Educational Scholarships 2019
St. Barbara's Philoptochos Educational Assistance funds are open for high school seniors and college undergraduate students.
Applicants must be:
- active members of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church;
- living in the greater Dallas area;
- currently attending or have applied and been accepted to a two-year or four-year undergraduate program at a college/university or a vocational/technical school. The college or university must be a public in-state (Texas) school.
Applications are due June 23, 2019.
One common application for the St. Barbara's Chapter Educational Assistance Fund (one for $1,000) or the Alpha Omega Fund (two for $2,000) created by an anonymous benefactor and administered by Philoptochos. Request an application by email to Suzan Kontoulis Clinton at suzankontoulis@gmail.com.
